World's largest sugar cookie goes on safari
This cookie was ordered for a gentleman who was retiring. He had plans to travel the world and go on safari`s … and as you`ve probably already figured out, he also LOVES cookies. This is the biggest sugar cookie I have ever made and probably the biggest one he`s ever eaten, although I sincerely hope he shared!! I started with a very large sugar cookie and covered it with blue and green royal icing to replicate the earth. I topped it off with 4 other sugar cookies; the safari hat, the ship, the binoculars, and the `Travelling Cookie Monster` banner. Hats off to a cooki-licious retirement!!
