Mini-cake meets cupcake
You have to admit, this is adorable. This is my first attempt at a “mini-cake” - it’s bigger than a cupcake but smaller than a conventional cake. It was fun, fast and came out looking great. This type of cake has a lot of applications because not everyone wants to eat or invest in a full-size cake. This cake would easily serve 4 or 5 people. Notice my first-ever homemade fondant – it`s soft, fresh, chewy and very delicious.
