This year, Christmas came early.
Designed for Petite & Sweet (a.k.a. The SugarStars, from Food Network),
this cake turned out better than I could have hoped for.
Originally multi-coloured, I was asked to pare down the design to just three colours.
White, green and silver.
In this case, I truly believe that less is more.

The results of using just three colours,
and six cake tiers, to emulate a Christmas tree, was magical.
With all those little sweets affixed it's delicate leaves, it's a confectionary dream.
