Petite and Sweet Christmas Celebration Cakes

The very first job I received from Petite & Sweet was to design them a sweet table in white, green and silver only that could be used for their Christmas photo-shoot.

At first I didn't see how I could do that. But once I got started, it was amazingly easy.
The ideas just kept coming and coming and I only wish I could have finished more of them.

These are the designs that I was able to finish.

My original Christmas tree cake pared down to three colors turned out better than I could have imagined.

By using various shades of green, lots of edible glitter and pearl dust, the new design ended up being better than I could have imagined. Soft, sophisticated and so stylish.

These are the Christmas tree petite fours and the cake pops I made, also in a festive green and white.

A shot of the designs lined up on my dining room hutch before delivery.

All of the finished sweets just before packing them up and delivering them to Toronto.

Here they are on display at Petite & Sweet,  420 Summerhill Ave. in Toronto. Eeeekkk!!!!!

The homemade marshmallows and macaroons were made by Petite & Sweet pastry chef, Hardi Sugiarto.

The shop is lovely!! It's petite, sweet and full of confectionery dreams.
