Lately, I've been working on sugar cookies. And it just so happened that 3 little girls were visiting me the morning after I made these. You should have seen their eyes. They were enthralled. Can you guess which ones were chosen first? First they chose the little yellow butterflies, followed by the little pink flowers, followed by the bigger hearts. As mom was bundling up the girls to head out into the winter-y day to go home, one of them asked if they could come back again. Mom thought that maybe next time they'd invite us, to come and visit them. That was pondered for a moment, before the thoughtful question, "do you think they'll bring the fairy cookies?"
