13 and the promise of spring
I made this cake in the winter but you can tell I was dreaming of spring. The “client” was a 13 year old young lady celebrating her birthday. At the time, my skills were just developing so I kept it simple. I love this cake, it’s young, fresh and holds the promise of spring. What young girl wouldn’t love this cake? I can’t wait to make it again.
