And everyone's excited and wants to have a party.
And every party requires a cake.
And cows??
Well, not every party requires cows, but this one did.
Growing up on a farm in the country with a barn full of cattle to groom and feed and raise takes a lot of dedication and pretty much takes over your life. But if you love it, it's a part of you and you can't imagine a life without them so I couldn't help but invite them to the party.
This cake was piped in ribbons of buttercream frosting on all sides, topped with buttercream roses, fondant leaves and sprinkled with toasted coconut.
