25 years of marriage requires some serious celebration so I created this three-tiered cake in honour of this special milestone. This cake was a delicious lemon sponge cake filled with a light lemon raspberry cream filling and covered in a light lemony buttercream and more fresh raspberries. Light and lucious, it was a great way to finish off a summer evening with family and friends.
