Calla Lillies & Cake

Our neighbour's daughter Jessica was getting married and needed a cake. So I had the honour of making this beautiful all white, three-tiered cake topped with a bouquet of Calla Lillies to match the brides bouquet. The bottom layer was a chocolate cake torted with homemade raspberry preserves and dark chocolate ganache. The middle layer was a banana cake torted with more raspberry preserves and the top cake was vanilla with raspberry buttercream.
