Crazy for Macaroons
One of the great things about interning at Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts this summer, was getting to work with pastry chef, Michael Smith, and learning how to make the infamous Parisian macaroon. Macaroons make my heart pitter patter. I'm sure I could be surrounded by them every day and never tire of looking at their delightfulness. Here's a little sample of some fun I had these whimsical treats that we made at the school.
