Spooky Halloween cupcakes
These sweet treats were designed for a magazine layout, so I was making them in late July. The featured recipe was Apple Spice Cupcakes … a delicious change from all the sugary treats we usually eat at Halloween. The cupcakes are decorated with vanilla bean cream cheese and vanilla sugar cookies that have been decorated with royal icing in a Halloween theme. Coloured cupcake liners and coloured sugar help to complete the fun Halloween theme.
